The GC Valves 9005B is a 1/4" bypass strainer accessory that fits all water valves w/ 1/4" connection. Installed in the pilot bypass line, it filters out sediment, scale, and debris before they reach the valve's small pilot orifice — one of the most common causes of solenoid valve malfunction in water and general-purpose service. A simple, low-cost addition that helps extend the service life and reliability of your GC Valves solenoid valve.
