This rebuild kit (KH401AH15Z1BF5) provides the complete internal core/piston assembly, seals, and o-rings needed to fully rebuild a GC Valves H401 series 2-way NC piloted piston solenoid valve for DC-coil operation. This kit is shared across 3 valve configurations in the H401 series. Unlike a repair kit, a rebuild kit replaces the core/piston assembly itself along with the full seal set, restoring a worn or sticking valve to full original performance rather than just stopping a leak. This is the recommended kit when a valve is slow to actuate, buzzing, or not fully opening or closing, since those symptoms usually point to piston wear rather than just seal wear. Genuine GC Valves parts keep the rebuilt valve within its factory pressure, temperature, and media-compatibility ratings; a matching AC-coil version (KH401AH02Z1BF5) is also available.
