This rebuild kit (KS302AH15V2AC3) provides the complete internal core/plunger assembly, seals, and o-rings needed to fully rebuild a GC Valves S302 series 1/4" NPT, 2-way NO direct acting solenoid valve with FKM (Viton) elastomers for DC-coil operation. Unlike a repair kit, a rebuild kit replaces the core/plunger assembly itself along with the full seal set, restoring a worn or sticking valve to full original performance rather than just stopping a leak. This is the recommended kit when a valve is slow to actuate, buzzing, or not fully opening or closing, since those symptoms usually point to plunger wear rather than just seal wear. Genuine GC Valves parts keep the rebuilt valve within its factory pressure, temperature, and media-compatibility ratings; a matching AC-coil version (KS302AH02V2AC3) is also available.
